In All Seriousness, Mac Or PC

!±8± In All Seriousness, Mac Or PC

In the last few years, neither company has been shy about attacking one another about their weaknesses. The feud between Microsoft and Apple has made a confusing market even more convoluted. It's arguably much harder to buy a computer these days because you have so many more options than ten years ago. But here are some tips to get you through the confusing market of technology and to help you choose if you want a Mac battery that lasts five hours or a battery Dell Inspiring 9300 that might not last as long, but will cost around half.

Honestly, if you look at the prices, Apple will lose hands down. The sleek design and the expensive equipment they use drive up their costs and they pass it down to the consumer. Their wireless cards seem to work better and their screens produce more vibrant colors than a regular PC. But again, they come with a price tag of almost double. Of course, they are more intuitive to use and they are better for those who don't want the hassle and risk of viruses of a PC.

But the majority of people still like PC. The new Windows 7 is performing a lot better than the previous versions. They do carry an attractive price tag and the cosmetics of the PC are improving quite a bit especially in their laptop department. They are quickly catching up to the technology of Apple, but they are still a little behind. I would recommend buying a Dell because they are relatively cheap and very customizable. The Dell laptops are also a good choice. The Dell 1525 battery for the laptop is one of the cheapest and most long lasting in the whole industry and will last more than a few years. Their warranties are also a little cheaper than other PC competitors.

While Apple computers have all the bells and whistles needed for the artist on the go, it is difficult to buy such an expensive machine if you are not going to use most of its features. PC is probably the best way to go for those who are in need of some word processing and a few good games. Whether you go with the Dell battery gd761 or a Sony model that will cost just a little bit more, PC should still be the best choice for the average user.
